Easy Exchange and Refunds
As a Zoot customer we want you to be 100% happy and satisfied every time you shop with us. We know that occasionally you may wish to return an item that might not be what you expected or that maybe is faulty - you may even sometimes change your mind. Our full return procedures and conditions are as follows.
Your Goods:
When returning goods for whatever reason you must first contact Zoot sales on 01977 602899 or email
sales@zootfashion.co.uk . You will then be advised appropriately on the steps to take. you may return it to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days from the date which you placed the order. All returns made to Zoot will be at your own costs, Zoot recommends that you use Recorded or Special Delivery for this. Zoot does not accept liability for returned parcels that may be lost or damaged. All refunds given will exclude the original delivery cost incurred by either Zoot or the customer (your statutory rights are not affected). If you request an exchange Zoot will bill you for the additional delivery costs incurred. All items returned must have the original delivery note and proof of purchase. All returned items must be unworn in a saleable condition with all the original packaging and labels intact. Zoot retains the right to refuse any refunds due to failure to comply with these instructions.
Please remember the goods we sell are high quality items so please treat them with respect!
Return of faulty goods:
If the item you received is faulty then please contact
info@zootfashion.co.uk outlining the problem including your contact details and Zoot will contact you as soon as possible to advise you further. We do not accept returns on goods where failure to follow wash care instructions has occurred
Please note we can only refund or exchange items when they accompany a copy of the original delivery note, proof of purchase and full contact details. Replacement of faulty goods and refunds of faulty goods may take up to 21 days from receipt of returned goods, thus giving the relevant manufacturers time to verify the validity of the product fault.
Cancelled orders and unwanted goods:
Under the Distance Selling Act you have 7 days from the day after the arrival of the goods to cancel your contract but Zoot have extended this to 14 days.. The goods must be returned to us in the condition they were despatched (e.g), unworn, unused, complete with all packaging and in a re-saleable state. The goods remain YOUR property until a refund is provided and if approved, will be provided within "30 days of cancellation". If these conditions are not met then a refund will be refused. For wholly unwanted goods we will only refund the purchase value of the product excluding any delivery charges.

Zoot cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear or jewellery.
Zoot does not accept any returns after the 14 day period under any circumstances.
If an unwanted product is returned to Zoot for exchange to a different product the customer will be charged or refunded any price difference plus return postage
You are responsible for returning your goods, please use an Insured service to cover the value of your purchase. Remember you retain the title to your goods until we have judged them as acceptable for a refund.
Please be aware failure to follow the above procedures may delay or void your eligibility for a refund in which case we will only issue a credit or return the goods back to you.

We have made every effort to ensure all products are shown as accurately as possible. However the colours and displays shown will vary upon your own individual computer and monitor. Zoot cannot be held responsible for any discrepancy in colour or detail to the actual product.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
